This gathering wasn’t just about good food—it was about nourishing ideas. Our tablescape, rich in earthy tones, seasonal vegetables, fruits, and soft candlelight, reflected the core of our conversation: creating systems rooted in sustainability, community, and culture. Surrounded by visionaries—from artists to designers to business leaders—we explored how we, as a Black community, can collaborate to uplift, build, and reimagine our neighborhoods from the ground up. The table was both literal and symbolic—a reminder that when we come together, we plant the seeds of lasting change.
