It started with a simple thought: We need to move, we need to breathe… and we’re not the only ones.
That’s how Backyard Yoga was born.
As moms juggling what feels like a million roles, we realized how easy it is to let physical wellness fall to the bottom of the list. So we carved out time—not just for ourselves, but for our community. We’re not yoga instructors (shoutout to the pros!), we’re your hosts, creating a peaceful space where moms can stretch, breathe, and reconnect with their bodies under the sun and trees.
Now held once a month, our Backyard Yoga sessions are more than a workout—they’re a pause, a breath, and a reset. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just need an hour to yourself, come as you are. Our hope? To make this a regular rhythm in your self-care routine.
